Concept A
Two Rooms
No persistent nav. A single Work / Observe toggle is the only navigation. Each role lands on their operational surface; one click takes them to their observability surface. Nothing else exists.
Concept B uses the same content — only the navigation chrome changes
Concept B
Lens Switcher
A narrow left rail replaces the Work/Observe toggle. Role-appropriate items only — 4 items for TL, 4 for PG. Role context is always visible. Easier to ship; less of a departure from the current mental model.
Concept C introduces a different dispatch model — same Pulse view
Concept C
Kanban Weekly
One column per auditor, spanning the full week. Tasks stack in priority order — drag to reorder. A capacity bar at the top of each column tracks effort load at a glance, turning red when an auditor is over capacity. No day split, no grid.
How to use: Open any screen, then use the dark bar at the top to move between screens and switch concepts. Concepts A and B share the same weekly grid content with different chrome. Concept C is a separate dispatch model. The side panel button (backlog) shows the layout with and without the panel. All data is from real playables.
